Our happy and loyal customers understand that we provide naturally grown agricultural products and from the moment it is delivered, it is your responsibility for its care. Please enjoy our products responsibly. 

Agricultural Product Special Care 

Your order is valuable and could be perishable if left in undesirable conditions. Your order and its packaging must be protected from the elements, e.g. temperatures greater than 95 degrees F, humidity greater than 75%, or moisture/wet of any kind. Remove your order from it’s packaging and store it in a location that is cool and dry. We want you to be happy with your order. 

Return/Refund Policy 

Upon delivery of your order, open and inspect. If you cannot be present at the time of your order’s delivery, you are responsible to make arrangements with the carrier or a responsible person to care for package. Your order is valuable and perishable. Your order and its packaging must be protected from the elements, e.g. temperatures greater than 95 degrees F, humidity greater than 75%, or moisture/wet of any kind. Remove your order from it’s packaging and store it in a location that is cool and dry. We want you to be happy with your order. 

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 262-352-7452 to contact a representative. 
 

You have 7 Days from receipt of shipment to contact EDNFARMS for an Exchange or Refund. 

At EDNFARMS we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. We understand that not every purchase works out just as anticipated. There could be a multitude of reasons for returning product. 

If you would like to return your goods for any reason other than damage, your return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be required to pay for the return freight.   

Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make notes upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging. 

All items that are ordered from BONECK & BRADFORD INC. dba EDNFARMS can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead for the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all of the quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 7 days of receipt; however, we may apply a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs.

BONECK & BRADFORD INC. dba EDNFARMS will process an exchange. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount the difference will be credited.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE 

BONECK & BRADFORD INC. dba EDNFARMS goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control.  We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.

Warranty 

All BONECK & BRADFORD INC. dba EDNFARMS products comes backed by a 7 day limited warranty. 

BONECK & BRADFORD INC. dba EDNFARMS warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for 7 days from the date of receipt of product(s), against material or manufacturing defects. 

Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper handling methods, or alterations.
